License Plate Generator is a visualization and graphic tool for previewing and downloading images of various license plate designs.

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Tesla, Inc., any automobile manufacturer, or any government agency, department of motor vehicles (DMV), or state authority. All trademarks, logos, and state names remain the property of their respective owners and are used purely for visual identification and novelty purposes.

All plate images generated on the Site are intended strictly for digital graphic preview, entertainment, and novelty purposes. They are not valid for official, legal, or road use.

You agree never to print, attach, or display generated plate designs on any physical vehicle operating on public roads, nor use them to deceive law enforcement, evade tolls, or bypass legal vehicle registration requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with all local, state, and national laws.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Create designs intended to defraud, impersonate official state registration, or mislead law enforcement or third parties.
• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes upon any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to automatedly scrape, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site or its underlying assets.

Sponsoring a plate design represents a custom request for us to research, design, and publish a new digital plate template to the public Site.

• Third-Party Processing: Payments are handled securely via Buy Me a Coffee, subject to their terms.
• No Exclusivity or Physical Product: Sponsorship does not transfer intellectual property rights, grant template exclusivity, or include physical merchandise.
• Refund Policy: Turnaround times are estimates. Because sponsorship covers custom design labor, payments are non-refundable once design work has commenced, except as required by applicable law.

The Site may display advertisements (such as Google AdSense) and participate in affiliate marketing programs (including Amazon Associates and referral programs like Tesla). We may earn a commission on qualifying clicks or purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on third-party cookie usage.

The Site's codebase, original digital artwork, and overall design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission. You retain rights to any custom text string you type into the generator; by using the generator, you grant us a royalty-free license to render and display that string back to you as an image download.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that plate templates are 100% accurate recreations of official state designs or colors, nor do we guarantee uninterrupted or error-free site operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, including any illegal, improper, or unauthorized display of generated images.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to this page, as reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
